In the mid 1980's, as Morgan-Keller Construction grew, so did the size on their projects. And as the projects grew, so did the concern that the smaller projects were not getting the same attention to detail as the larger projects. To maintain the same level of superior service, Morgan-Keller’s reputation was built on; Morgan-Keller Specialty Contracts Group was founded in 1986.

Simply put, MKSCG is a small construction company under the Morgan-Keller umbrella. Morgan-Keller Specialty Contract Group is an independent contractor with its own staff of experienced project managers, project engineers, estimators, superintendents, and skilled tradesman; as well as repair and service specialists. Though 'stand along' we still have access to all of the services and 100+ tradesman of Morgan-Keller Construction. This allows us to manage any project with critical completion schedules and demanding work environments.

MKSCG has built an impressive resume from simple cosmetic repairs to new ground up financial institutions . . . from tenant build-outs to 24 hour service calls.
