Harvest Bank
The project involved the interior renovation of a 9,000 square foot, 150 year old, three-story building in downtown Frederick, Maryland's historic district. The completed project includes a first floor branch bank, second floor corporate offices, while the third floor left is reserved for future office space. In addition, a variety of high-end finishes were installed to complement the existing hardwood floors, which were completely refinished. This project won an Excellence in Construction 2008 Award of Merit from ABC for a Historical Renovation.
