TThe project consisted of a 3,688 square foot branch bank on the ground floor of a 8,194 square foot multi-story building. MKSCG consolidated two properties adjoined in the historic Fells Point district. The project included substantial exterior restorations as well as interior renovations. The building was originally a carriage house that consisted of a cobble stone floor that sloped four feet from front to back which was built in the early 1800’s. This area was leveled internally while still maintaining the structural integrity of the original turn of the century building.
