From very early in the initial conception of the project, Morgan-Keller Specialty Contracts Group applies our extensive knowledge base in construction systems and budget analysis. Our design services work hand-in-hand, providing a realistic and livable design, without traditional coordination hassles. Easily avoided are the often-encountered rounds of elimination of costly design elements and incorrect coordination of design that create costly changes orders from the trades. Team members are involved with the project from the beginning, analyzing the entire project as it unfolds. In addition, we can plan for and begin the often lengthy permit process early with our in-house permits expeditor, minimizing schedule delays between design and construction.
